04. Is it possible to create a report anonymously?

Yes. By selecting the "anonymous report" option, the system will not request any personal data that could identify the reporter, so the report will be anonymous. The system will assign you a report code and an access code so that the reporter can follow up. To guarantee anonymity, it is important that the description of the communication does not include information that identify the reporter. The same applies to documents that are attached as possible evidence. Also, do not report from a computer connected to the company network, including a mobile phone connected to the corporate Wi-Fi.

05. What can I do if I lose my access code?

For security reasons, only the person making the report knows your access code and password. If any of them are lost, it will not be possible to recover it and that person will not be able to follow up on the communication/report. This does not mean that the communication/complaint will not continue its course, simply that you will not be able to see how it is progressing, nor provide more information if PLASTIC FORTE requires it. It is important to be especially careful with the access code and the complaint code.

06. Will I receive a response from PLASTIC FORTE?

Yes. PLASTIC FORTE undertakes to respond to all complaints submitted within a maximum period of 7 business days. If you have identified yourself when making the report, you will receive the response to your email. If you have not identified yourself when making the report, you must enter the website with the access code and your password to be able to read the response to your report.

07. How are complaints managed?

In summary, once the complaint is received, PLASTIC FORTE will carry out an initial evaluation to determine if it is suitable to be managed through this channel. In case of rejection, the informant will be informed. In case of admission, the informant will be informed and the internal investigation will begin. We will inform you about how your case has been managed and resolved within a maximum period of 90 days. During this time, both the informant and PLASTIC FORTE may exchange information about the case. All interested parties will be notified with the final conclusions, within the established deadlines.
